World Vision Lebanon is looking for a consultant/contractor to shall support WV in the creation of an inclusive public youth hub and the reactivation of public spaces.
Locations:
Sin El FIL: Jisr El Bacha, SEF Balidiya and Dahr El Jamal.
Jedideh Bachrieh Sid: Rwaiset and Assyrian Garden.
Fern El Chebbak: Maarbes Garden.
The consultant will design, submit a BOQ, execute and implement for all three areas within a two month time scale with final delivery by maximum Mid of November 2019.

Important dates related to tender:
9 September 2019 at 12:00 PM: Cut-off date for the expressions of interest in joining the mandatory site visit.
Instructions for joining the site visit: Please kindly send an email to sasha_hatem@wvi.org containing information about Company name, contact person who will be attending the site visit, contact number and email.
Any emails received after the cut-off date will be rejected.
11 September 2019: A mandatory meeting will be held at 10:00am, the meeting point is at the World Vision office in Mansourieh to discuss project details and ensure familiarity of contractors in the scope of work and site, followed by a site visit at 12:00 pm. Interested contractors will receive a phone call from WVL to provide the contractors with any further details regarding the site visit.
13 September 2019: Cut-off date for receipt of any questions regarding the tender. Questions should be sent via email to sasha_hatem@wvi.org. One comprehensive Q&A report will be sent to all bidders on 17 September 2019.
Any questions received after the cut-off date will be rejected.
23 September 2019: DEADLINE for submission of bid and all related documents (Administrative, Technical, Financial).
Any bids received after the DEADLINE will be rejected.
