Contracting Form: Data Collectors will be contracted for a period of 4 weeks under a volunteering contract.
Scope of work:The volunteers will be attending a 6-day training on Household Economic Analysis and will then be responsible for conducting community interviews in different areas around Beirut over a period of 2 weeks, followed by a 1-week period of analysis with a senior expert. All weeks will be a Monday-Saturday working week.
Duration: The volunteers will be engaged for a period of 1 month, from 30 September – 2 October 2019.
Duty Station: The volunteers will be working in different areas in Beirut region.
Qualifications:
- Interculturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Preferably experience in Monitoring, Evaluation Assessment and Learning (MEAL), or other experience in data collection and assessment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Demonstrates professionalism, commitment, integrity, strength of character and perseverance.
- Shows string work ethics.
- Articulate communicator.
- Able to work as part of a team while using initiative with work requirements.
- Respect and apply Save the Children’s child safeguarding policy.
