Chemonics, through Chemonics Beirut S.A.R.L., acting on behalf of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Lebanon Enterprise Development (LED) Project, under contract number AID-268-C-17-00001, is soliciting proposals from local Lebanese firms/Individuals that are experts in the field of Security Services.

                       Scope of Work:

  .    Monitoring and constant review of the security situation in Lebanon and the region

•  Create a WhatsApp security group with real time security information
• Liaise consistently with Chemonics Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), Deputy Director of Finance and Operations (DDFO). Provide daily or weekly reports to identified senior management
• Conduct basic threat assessments as needed
• Create Daily situation report
• Emergency evacuation for expats and local staff at stranded moment when needed
