Request for Proposal for the Sustainable Environment Management and Water Conservation Awareness Sessions for Children (Service Contract)

CISP, an Italian NGO, within a project funded by the European Union (TF-MADAD/2016/T04.20), calls for an RFP, for Sustainable Environment Management and Water Conservation Awareness Sessions for Children.

 

CISP intends to select a Service Provider, for the above-mentioned Service.

Eligible Proposers are those registered at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance (MoF) (MANDATORY).

 

Objective: The objective of the requested Service is to sensitize and educate the children living in Majdlayya and El-Fouar (North Lebanon), and Bent Jbeyl (South Lebanon) on sustainable environment management, the correct use of water resources, water conservation practices and the importance of water for life and future sustainability. The aim is to help the concerned children understand the importance of the environment and water, and the need to protect it and to realize the role that they can play, in order to support water conservation efforts.   Expected Deliverable: 

• Conduct several awareness sessions in public and private schools (exact number to be determined) across El Fouar & Madjlayya (Zgharta, North Lebanon) and Bent Jbeyl (South Lebanon) between December 2019 and February 2020;
• The target audience will be children aged 9 years and older;
• Each awareness session should be no longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes in total duration and consist of two parts: 1) an informative performance (e.g. theater/puppet show/dance/role play/interactive games etc); 2) interactive educational activity to consolidate knowledge;

 

Who Can Apply:

• Mandatory registration at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance; 
• Demonstrate prior experience of conducting similar awareness sessions with children;
