Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Managing events, meetings of partners and logistics within the internationally-supported, multi-country graduate educational program
• Representing ArMA inside USJ, with regional partners and at the Global Campus of regional programs
• Compiling and writing narrative reports to international funders, including the European Union
• Coordinating and communicating with the partner institutions of the Master
• Managing archives, communication and promotion of the program
• Liaising with the academic staff for the administrative organisation of the programme
• Writing descriptions and narratives related to the program in collaboration with the academic staff
• Liaising with the Programme Director and the Financial Officer for the budget planning and implementation
• Managing the equivalence process for the students at the Ministry of Education.

Qualifications:

 At Least 3 years of experience in project management.

• Experience interfacing with international  and local organizations
• Knowledge of EU rules and regulations for grants and service contracts
• Experience with project planning in NGO or educational institution environment and report writing
• Able work with minimum supervision and as a team member.
• Comfortable working in mixed culture environment
• Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English Languages. French is a plus.
• Holding a BA in Political Science, Economics, Business Administration or similar academic disciplines.
