Project Clerk (Emergency and Stabilization)

Under the overall supervision of the Emergency Response & Stabilization Coordinator and direct supervision of the Community Stabilization Project Officer, the incumbent will:

  • Provide overall assistance to the Community Stabilization Project Officer in the implementation and monitoring of project work relating to Social Stability Projects.
  • Assist in coordinating and liaising with the resources management units on regular basis for all aspects of the project activities, and preparation of purchase requisitions. 
  • Assist in preparing first drafts of leaflets, project summaries, and financial tracking sheets.
  • Ensure the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the administrative and financial documents and reports.
  • Support in day to day monitoring of previous and ongoing Community Support Projects activities and ensure timely and proper implementation.
  • Update work plans and report as may be assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining project administration systems for all social stability activities.
  • Assist in data-entry activities.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
