Accountability Assistant ( Part- Time)

Functions and responsibilities:

Data Collection:

  • Collect complaints and feedback regularly through the established accountability channels (hotline, Whats’App, SMS, individual complaints forms, emails)
  • Provide the needed support for callers, including accurate information about IMC’ projects and services provided
  • Ensure and protect the confidentiality of beneficiaries
  • Enter all data collected into the database for follow-up
  • Assist accountability officer in conducting focus group discussions in order to collect feedback

Monitoring and Support:

  • Support the accountability officer in reviewing complaints and feedback and following-up on them
  • Travel to field when necessary in order to ensure beneficiaries’ participation and monitor data collection
  • Develop surveys and other tools in order to monitor and evaluate accountability mechanism

Training:

  • Assist the accountability officer in conducting regular training for program teams on the accountability mechanism

Reporting:

  • Report findings to accountability officer on a daily basis
  • Support accountability officer in developing monthly reports

Working hours :

  • Part- time , 24 hours per week
