Implementation Officer

Duties

• The Implementation Officer will ensure implementation of all project activities in compliance with the management tools and schemes provided by the Project Coordinator;
• The Implementation Officer will support the field team in planning and collecting MoVs and in drafting regular activity reporting;
• The Implementation Officer will participate in the design, drafting and monitoring tasks related to the project implementation;

• The Implementation Officer will contribute to the project's official reporting.

• The Implementation Officer will run an effective system of communications and information flow among the field, the partners and the team;
• The Implementation Officer will collect and review material and information coming from the beneficiaries on the ground, making it accessible to the relevant COSV staff and guaranteeing the timely information flow to HQ.

• To successfully perform the job, the candidate must meet the requirements listed below:

• To hold a bachelor degree in project management, development or social studies or any other related field;
• To have experience in remote management, preferably with NGO background;
• To have at least 2 years of experience in Project Cycle Management;
• To present evidence of previous experience working in projects related to the Syrian crisis;
• To demonstrate organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
• To handle working under pressure and with tight deadlines;
• To have computer literacy skills with regards to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferable experience with KoBo.
• To have spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic.
