Al Makassed Association is looking for a Head of Kitchen and Dietary Unit for Makassed General Hospital
- Main Tasks:
• Manage daily food service operations.
• Assigns, directs, plans and supervises the work of kitchen employees. Supervises and instructs in the safe, proper, and efficient use of all kitchen equipment.
• Organize staff working schedules.
• Offer nutritional consulting to Patients as needed.
• Carry out inventory management.
• Establish a cost effective budget and work within its confines.
• Purchase supplies and equipment for operations.
• Organize staff working schedules.

• Establish a cost effective budget and work within its confines.
• Purchase supplies and equipment for operations.
• Plans and directs the preparation and serving of all food in the Kitchen & floors .
• Determine the quantities of each food to be prepared daily. Determine the size of serving to meet the necessary requirements with regard to the ages of those served.
- Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Food Science or equivalent
• Master is a plus
• 6+ Years of experience in the Same field
