First-Aid Training Administrator

Main Role

The First-Aid Training Administrator supports the efforts to scale up first-aid training in Lebanon. The Administrator receives all external training requests, prepares proposals to the clients, allocates human and material resources to the training courses, follows-up for feedback, payment and certificates with the clients and maintains a database of trainers and courses.

 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Operational Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Receive First-Aid Training requests from clients
  2. Prepare and send the relevant proposal
  3. Schedule First-Aid Sessions based on trainers' availability
  4. Request equipment for the booked sessions
  5. Follow up with trainers for reports (attendance lists, satisfaction forms, pictures)
  6. Prepare certificates/send them for printing.
  7. Follow up with clients for feedback, certificates and payment.
  8. Logs all first-aid training activities and maintains an Excel database of all courses and trainers
  9. Produces monthly, quarterly and yearly reports about First-Aid training
  10. Perform additional tasks as required by the line manager

Function Specific Experience

  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS office (Word and Excel)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus

Industry Related Experience

  • Experience in similar volunteer-based organizations or humanitarian organizations (preferred)
  • LRC experience is preferred
