Field officer – Full Time

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The technical officer will lead the following activities, in close collaboration with the field officers: 

1. 1. Conduct field visits to the forests and reforestation sites for data collection.
   2. Assist in the supervision of the planting and seeding.
   3. Maintain the workers time schedule and payment slips.
   4. Coordinate with local stakeholders.
   5. Assist in the training organization and logistics.
   6. Assist in the supervision of the implementation of the forest management and reforestation plans.
   7. Conduct the socioeconomic surveys in the targeted villages.
   8. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Engineer, Environment, Ecosystem restoration or any related degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to deliver on time.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and English 
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and leadership skills
