Major Responsibilities
- Deliver a TOT on Facilitation Skills to selected Lebanese University Youth over a period of 3 days (total of 24 sessions)
- Prepare training materials (PowerPoints, pre-post tests, formative assessment..) in consultation with project management staff
- Ensure alignment of content with project objectives in catering for students from vulnerable communities
The project will be implemented in Tripoli-/Lebanon.

Professional Experience
- The selected candidate will have an advanced experience in career or guidance counselling, human resources, or learning and development, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in delivering TOT to multicultural attendees
- Knowledge and experience in working with NGOs for at least 2 years, including excellence in monitoring and reporting is preferable
- Experience in development, design, and facilitation of experiential TOT programs/Training to staff
Required competencies
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability of making effective presentations to diverse attendees. Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Experience with implementing participatory monitoring and evaluation techniques is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
