To all interested legally registered Lebanese companies specialized in Data Collection Services - Baseline Assessment: World Learning Inc. (WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement 2 (QITABI 2) Project, formally invites interested bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Data Collection Services - Baseline Assessment, for Lebanese private and public schools in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and the Centre for Educational Research and Development (CERD).
