Education Officer/School Coach - Mount Lebanon

Duties:

• The Educational Officer/Coach is responsible for monitoring all programs in schools and learning centers in Bekaa, Baalbek and Mount Lebanon a
• Will report to the Project Manager at the end of each week. 
• Responsible for traveling to each location per day to follow-up on teaching staff, students, etc.
• An Educational Officer will be coaching and assisting teachers in their implementation and work together towards improving quality of learning and teaching to help learners become independent learners’.
• Coach and assist teachers for implementation of project
• Compile weekly successes and challenges and report to Project Managers
• Serve as main communicator between school officials, teachers and parents

• Assist Project Manager in communicating with teachers, principles, and all educational personnel on issues of professional development.
• Aid roject Manager and Outreach officers in communicating with parents’ council and other community leaders.
• Assist teachers and other teaching and office staff in carrying out job functions when necessary 
• Consult with roject Manager regarding arising issues 

Technical Skills required:

• Understanding of logframes, workplans, educational projects
• Ability to communicate well

Any other duty which may be required.
