Major Responsibilities:
- Document Outreach field best practices and Lessons learnt, sharing feedback with response management on strengths and gaps and provide appropriate support.
- Assist outreach coordinator to ensure that Outreach staff are trained and apply Al-Fayhaa policies, rules and guidelines and International humanitarian standards.
- Develop proper records and filing for Outreach data questionnaires, reports.
- Create and maintain project and volunteers databases
- Attend project progress meetings and community meetings when needed
- Perform other relevant tasks and duties as-needed
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification
- University degree in any relevant field.
Professional Experience
- One to two years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in report writing.
Skills
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic. (French is a plus)
- Good writing skills.
- Highly organized.
- Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
Others
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of contextual diversity of various areas of North Lebanon and Akkar
