Conflict Sensitivity Program Officer

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Activity/Field Roles:

 

  • Conflict Sensitivity Training (CST) Co/Trainer: To assist in delivering CST with organizations’ staff members/volunteers/Activists, and preparing logistics, reports, and all required documents (Attendance sheets, Baseline and End line assessments, Workshop data form…).
  • Follow Up Meetings coordinator/facilitator: To assist in coordinating with the organizations for the follow up process in order to ensure the impact of the trainings.
  • Conflict Sensitivity Forum: to assist in preparing logistics, reports, and all required documents.

 

Support Roles:

 

  • Meeting Note taker: To write the reports of TOT, roundtables, and other attended events or team meetings in Arabic or English.
  • Eco Friend: To promote and support eco-friendly practices at HOPe office in particular and the field of work in general.

 

  • Requirements:
  • Good spirit.
  • Bachelor Degree in a relative field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in humanitarian programs.
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Notable time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in partnership with local communities and NGOs.
  • Teamwork and cooperative attitude.
  • Problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Good computing skills.
