In-house Entrepreneurship Trainer & Incubation Support - North area

Training Delivery

  • Attend the INJAZ Lebanon Training of Trainers’ workshop.
  • Deliver ideation, business development and other Entrepreneurship programs of INJAZ Lebanon
  • Support closely youth teams in developing their project’s idea, business plan and budgets
  • Communicate sessions’ progress to line manager and maintain participants’ attendance records
  • Submit weekly report on progress to line manager and finance department
  • Conduct market research and need assessment surveys 

Program implementation and quality:

  • Coordinate with Schools/Universities/Community Centers on schedule delivery
  • Facilitate Training of Trainers workshops
  • Support in program events and workshops
  • Assure that all information sheets and delivery schedule are updated at all times.
  • Measure programs’ impact and reports on schools’ and volunteers’ feedback.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned or requested, especially in cases where new and large multi-stakeholder projects arise other than INJAZ programs.  

Qualification and Experience:

  • Min.  Bachelor Degree in business, finance or related field
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship or related fields.
  • Solid communication skills and participatory training skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
  • Experience in running a startup or an SME is a plus.
  • Motorized (Have a car) - Essential
