Invitation to Bid– Preferred Supplier Agreement for Provision of Fuel

Mines Advisory Group (MAG) Lebanon is going to receive funding from various donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid of Fuel ,: Fuel in MAG Lebanon for an initial period of one year. Therefore, MAG requests you to submit price bid(s) for the service listed on the attached MAG Bid Form.

Criteria used for selection of Supplier

• Ability to deliver Petrol & Diesel.
• Ability to deliver Petrol & Diesel to MAG`s bases on request.
• Discounts on fuel price offered.
• Number of fuel station locations throughout lebanon (Full list and location provided).
• Size and quality of forecourt, as well as locations.
• Proximity of fuel station to MAG`s Nabatieh , Ras Baalback & Beirut offices.
• Ability of organisation to offer fuel cards with unique QR code or Barcode linked to every vehicles.
• Availability and strength of control procedures regarding fuel issuance offered by bidder to prevent fraud.
• Possibility to link fuel issuance with MAG fleet management system
• Ability to provide fuel management reports every month.
• Payments terms offered. MAG will look favourably on bids which allow MAG to make payments monthly in arrears.
• Possibility to reserve resources based on advanced payment (fixed price option).
• Ability to issue statements when requested to reconcile between procured amount and field logs.
• Ability to provide cleaning & washing for all MAGs vehicles for free.
• Any other benefits offered.
