Fisrt Step Together Association is looking for an administrative officer to work within a project funded by Unicef in Aakkar region.

The administrative officer is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.


the adaministrative officer main responsibilities include:

Arranging and confirming appointments
Receiving, directing and relaying phone calls and fax messages
Maintaing filing system
Assisting in the preparation of meetings and trainings
Drafting minutes of meetings
Maintaining databases
Directing the beneficiaries to the appropriate staff member
Maintaing confidentiality
Receiving and screening beneficiaries and insuring their transportation.
Maintaining office supplies inventory
Determining needs and ordering office supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services
Performing other tasks as required by the Project Coordinator or the Center Director
