Salesforce CRM Officer

INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become the entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy.

Position Summary

As a Salesforce CRM Officer you will be based in INJAZ Lebanon Beirut office. You will be required to attend the office 4 to 5 times a week from 9:30 am till 2:30 pm. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with data collection and analysis
• Work on the intergration of data on Salesforce Platform
• Monitor regularly  the data entry on Salesforce Platform
• Support the team whenever needed in delivering trainings on Salesforce 
• Support and coordinate all IT-related matters including data migration, data cleaning 
• Other tasks that might be requested by the team

Position Qualifications

• Majoring in Computer Science, Math / Other relevant field or equivalent
• Highly organized, motivated and a team player
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Good knowledge in MS office specially Excel
• Available to start immediately for 3 months
