Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaises with beneficiaries and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Makes certain that beneficiaries’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status adequately to all participants.
  • Uses project management tools to monitor working hours, and plan execution.
  • Reports and escalates to management, donors as needed.
  • Maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Supervises the team working on the same project

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification

  • University degree in any relevant doctrine.

Professional Experience

  • Two years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in report writing.

Skills

  • Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic. (French is a plus)
  • Good writing skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
