Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Liaises with beneficiaries and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Makes certain that beneficiaries’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status adequately to all participants.
- Uses project management tools to monitor working hours, and plan execution.
- Reports and escalates to management, donors as needed.
- Maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Supervises the team working on the same project
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification
- University degree in any relevant doctrine.
Professional Experience
- Two years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in report writing.
Skills
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic. (French is a plus)
- Good writing skills.
- Highly organized.
- Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
