General Purpose of the Position
The HR Administrator is responsible for keeping the staff files, the payroll, preparing for monthly payments and organizing of the recruitment process.
Main Responsibilities of the Position
- Keep the staff files updated and complete.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Work closely with the Country HR Administrator.
- Ensure that all staff is trained on JRS policies.
- Prepare the monthly salary payments which include the verification of the timesheets and ensure proper filing of the monthly payroll.
- Facilitate the recruitment process and the interviews, as well as advise the Project Director in his/her decision.
- Staff care, which includes availability for employees and the follow up on concerns.
- Send updated lists/numbers of the students in every centre to the Country Assistant HR Officer on a monthly basis.
Ensure prompt execution of other tasks which are within the ambit of an HR Administrator which may be requested by the Project Director as needs occur.
