Under the supervision of the CEO, the senior researcher staff shall fulfil the following tasks:
Provide overall leadership and oversee the implementation of the Research Unit;
Strengthen the team dynamics;
Provide research mentorship for the junior researchers;
Undertake institution’s research projects;
Lead the writing of reports and their respective publications;
Initiate new grant proposals;
Screen and lead the response to call for proposals;
Undertake continuing professional development and participate in national international workshop;
Establish collaborative links with international professional organizations;
Other pertinent tasks as requested by the CEO.
