As part of a UNICEF fund to engage community and raise awareness on Children rights within El-Mina City, IOCC is intending to contract a “Trainer” to deliver the below:
Main Task and Duties:
- Conduct trainings on organizational and interpersonal skills for community volunteers (Topics: How to assess a vulnerable case , How to conduct a referral , Organization of an event, Communication skills)
- Conduct trainings for youth & children groups on Child rights: How to: stand against violations, develop initiatives to advocate their rights, respond to risks & develop healthy behaviors
- Ensure that participants are provided with adequate training and follow-up on their work and impact.
- Ensure the good process of all the stages of the training and provide them with the adequate support.
- Use interactive techniques for the training
- Provide reports on observations and future recommendations
