M&E Officer

Monitoring & Evaluation is the regular observation and recording of activities taking place in the project or program.

Reporting enables the gathered information to be used in making decisions for improving project performance. The Purpose of this job is very important in project planning and implementation

1- Responsible for the design

2- Coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation

3- Research, data analysis

4- Learning framework of the Project

5- Develop baseline data for each project component

6- Improve current and future management of outputs, outcomes and impact.

7- Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.

8-Provide the Project Manager with management information she/he may require.

9-Check that monitoring data are discussed in appropriate forum and in a timely fashion in terms of implications for future action. If necessary, create such discussions to fill any gap.

10- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager.
