QWN - Research Consultant

The Researcher will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and supervising data collectors in project countries.
• Coordinating with countries focal points and national partners in Lebanon and overseas.
• Ensuring that the study reports, as well as recommendations, are handled in a timely and ethical manner.
• Coordinating with Program Officer on related tasks

Job Constraint: Big load of data, deadlines sometimes require work outside working hours

Consultancy contract

Requirements 

• University Degree or Equivalent in Social Work, Research, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Health OR Over 5 years in NGO work if holding a non-related university degree
   
• Experience working with HIV, Key Populations, Marginalized Populations, LGBT, Refugees, public health and awareness is a must.
   
• Experience working in MENA is an added value.
   
• Previous experience in conducting research, evaluations, report writing, analysis of data, statistics, service delivery and sexual and reproductive health.
   
• Familiarity with the Regional LGBTQI context specifically issues pertaining to women and trans women
   

Excellent knowledge of and practical experience with MS Office, especially with Excel (Excel Experience in coaching or training on data entry or data collection, in particular, is an advantage)
