Practical Nurse

- Train the patient in isolation to take body temperature and record it

- Identify and train the care giver about the IPC measures in the isolation area
- Carry out surveillance and follow-up of patients and keep doctors/supervisors informed (i.e. assessment of the evolution of their state of health and the identification of any emergency situation or deterioration

- Know, promote, implement and follow up the universal hygiene standards and precautions

- Bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures and ensure high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment

- Ensure professional and medical confidentiality is respected at all times
- Carry and supervise administrative procedures and documents (fill in patient’s files, forms, consumptions, statistics, registers, health files, etc.) 
- Collaborate with the community focal point to respond to any concern in the community
