Ready for Tomorrow is a startup NGO that aims to provide a sustainable platform for community members to play the role of social
entrepreneurs.

WHY RFT?
Social entrepreneurship not only offers a path for young people to transform their own lives, but also a way to empower others and strengthen their own communities.
We believe that young social entrepreneurs will play a major role in attaining the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

VISION
To create and support a cohesive and innovative community, where individuals are
engaged to create and lead pioneering and sustainable projects for a better tomorrow.

MISSION
To Engage, Empower and support social entrepreneurs by providing RFT’s platform as a catalyst to launch their projects.

Ready for Tomorrow program aims at mapping and outreaching community members, who have promising ideas that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.

We engage them to participate in this unique Program aiming to master and hone their skills and capacities.

This program aspires to transform them into change-makers capable of leading impactful projects that would be adopted and supported by Ready for Tomorrow.

Duties and Responsibilities 

- Assist in developing program content

 - Assist in conducting research 

- Assist in proposal writing

- Assist in establishing a monitoring and evaluation system

- Assure project documentation 

- Contribute to building the organizational and technical capacities

- Support in the establishment of partnership guidelines and internal policies
