- Work on the creation of the committees/groups with the implementation of a comprehensive/ participatory approach with the communities targeted.
- Conduct trainings for CBOs, caregivers and adolescents.
- To ensure that committees are provided with adequate training and to follow-up on their work and impact.
- Elabore a monitoring and evaluation plan for the caregivers groups
- Inform the community about himaya’s activities and answer any question related to the organization and the program
- Ensure the good process of all the stages of committee/ groups creation and provide them with the adequate support.
- Conduct monitoring of the activities, and plan activities accordingly.
- Conduct awareness activities for children and parents
- Maintain an accurate reporting and data management of the activities.
- Support the committees/ groups in their daily activities
- Coordinate with the team-leader regarding the awareness activities schedule
- Use interactive techniques for the awareness activities
- Organize and implement with the team several awareness events.
- Provide visibility material for the communication department
- Attend the prevention and admin weekly meetings
- Attend all capacity building workshops provided for the prevention team
- Gives his/her input on the content of the awareness activities and the animation techniques used on the field
- Fill the tools provided by M&E unit
- Help in other activities related to the prevention program
- Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the team leader
- Participate in himaya’s event.
