- Data analysis
- Support admins and teachers in current online teaching program
- Backup of data on servers and laptops
- Configuring new devices on security and data restrictions
- Support users for hardware and software errors in electronic devices such as tabs and laptops
- Troubleshooting hardware and software errors for staff
- Providing real-time support for Tabshoura project
- Sending weekly report for key actions
- Providing maintenance tasks quickly and efficiently for laptops / printers and other electronic devices
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor in computer science or Information technology
- IT support technician experience
- Server 2012 experience
- A+ certificate is a plus
