- Screen for presentation of COVID-19 symptoms, and respond according to MOPH Guidelines in case of identification of suspected case
- Deliver messages related to the isolation of COVID-19 cases at home and provide any support regarding its instruction.
- Ensure proper isolation and referral of COVID-19 suspected cases
- Continuously conduct follow-up phone calls and visits if needed
- Ensure that suspected and confirmed cases are properly following home-isolation guidelines
- Conduct non communicable diseases screening for patients in the field
- Sreen for presentation of severe COVID-19 symptoms and refer any newly developed severe symptom for hospitalization.
- Provide any needed support in the disinfection of isolation rooms including the proper use of Infection Prevention kits.
- Ensure respect of patients’ safety and confidentiality
