Criminal- Forensic Psychologist

The terms of this service would entail the below elements.

• On the topic of preliminary vulnerability assessments and profiling relating to static individual data collected at the beginning of each cycle:

1. Aiding the organization in its profiling process and assist it in segregating participants into different groups to facilitate and structure its M&E process;
2. Assisting the organization in developing risk indexes;
3. Providing MARCH with behavioural insights into profile-specific patterns of actions, perceptions and attitudes.

• On the topic of impact and progress assessments relating to beneficiaries’ participation in the rehabilitation and reintegration program’s activities:

1. Helping MARCH gauge the strengths and weakness of its current M&E strategy –particularly the questionnaire portion;
2. Assisting the organization in exploring new tools for data collection;
3. Supporting the organization in developing profile-specific indicators in concordance with the findings of studies conducted by MARCH; 
4. Assisting MARCH in developing new reliable/innovative ways of measuring impact that go beyond simple surveys and personal testimonies; 
5. Assisting MARCH in integrating experimental questions with control and treatment groups into its M&E questionnaire; 
6. Assisting the organization in integrating questions that gauge cognitive closer and integrative complexities into the M&E process.
