INTERSOS is a non-profit humanitarian aid organisation that works to bring assistance to people in danger, victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts. INTERSOS is an independent association which, through its own humanitarian operators, intervenes to effectively answer the needs of people in serious crises situations, mainly in the world's poorest regions, who are suffering, deprived of rights, dignity and essentials goods. It maintains a flexible operating structure. The head office in Italy coordinates, supports and monitors the planned activities in the countries of intervention carried out by decentralised offices.

Job Purpose:
Supports thoroughly the Information Management unit of the Protection and PROMOSSO project in the constant availability of updated project linked data, their correct entry into external and internal databases, their maintenance and analysis with support of the Protection Manager and Project manager.
Generic Duties:
- Receive daily and weekly reports/reporting & data documents from the Case management officer (POs),Senior Case Workers (SCWs) and protection manager and store them correctly
- Assist the protection team in the preparation and revision of data and M&E reports related to field activities (weekly/monthly/quarterly) donor reports and other ad hoc reports
- Compile the monitoring tools on weekly basis (WSS, PCAP, ECA Tracking sheet...etc)
- Prepare protection reports when needed
- Comply with donors’ monitoring requirement adopting ad hoc monitoring tools, systems and databases (ex. Activity Info, Internal Reporting System, Refugee Assistance Information System –RAIS- Primero)
- Responsible for data entry of GBVIMS
- Support field staff in preparing data processed
- Contributing to the development of new tools for data collection and analysis
- Support in the translation of documents when necessary
- Support in the preparation of basic visibility materials (mainly content) in order to compel with donors and internal requirements.
- Be available to take part in meetings organized at INTERSOS office or in other offices as per management request.
- Further to proper check-ups enters on daily base all data into external (UN & partner) and internal (INTERSOS) data bases
- Process weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external qualitative and quantitative reports
- May be asked to perform other related duties as identified by his supervisor.
- Handle the Complaint Response Mechanism, including hotline, email and complaint boxes, and contribute in setting-up and follow-up a project’s beneficiary complaint and response mechanism (BCRM) in coordination with Consortium partners
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly quantitative and qualitative updates on the base of the tools adopted.
- Ensure the effective adoption of internal and external monitoring systems
- Assist the OV Coordinator in monitoring the OV program, and in gathering and analyzing data
- Support the PM in visibility design when needed.
- Cross check and verify data quality and accurate reporting from the field level focusing on clarity, accuracy, consistency and reliability.
- Responsible for updating on Activity Infor under WASH and Livelihood sector for Promosso project
- Responsible for uploading surveys on KOBO for Promosso Project
- Provide assistance in translating and analyzing data from FGDs and surveys into reports for Promosso Project
Specific Duties:

Other tasks:
- Support the Protection team with:
• Extract the needed data from Knack and make the required analysis when needed
• Flag to the protection manager any gap or challenge on Knack
• Be ready to receive team queries about the any data issue related to knack or the other monitoring tools filed on weekly basis
