Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities :
- Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces.
- Dusting windows sills and cleaned as necessary to remove visible dirt.
- Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floor.
- Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed.
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers
- Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
- Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Wash, wipe, and dry all windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Check toilets every 01 hours for all cleaning tasks and assigning a check sheet to be used.
- Clean Lamps, pictures, closets, phones, doors (including handles) and frames, chair legs, ceiling lamps.
- Re-stocking toilets consumables (toilet paper, paper hand towels, liquid soap…).
- Serve official tea/coffee to office staff and guests as and when required and maintain the office kitchen all the time in a hygienically clean condition.
- Cleaning of Kitchens, wash and dirty utensils, cleaning of cupboard doors (outside), cleaning the exterior of refrigerators, and the cleaning of all kitchen electric and non-electric gadgets.
- Wiping and dusting and stairwells.
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
