Arabic - Early Childhood Development Teacher - Bekaa

Responsibilities:

• Teach Arabic language for children in KG3 - ages 5 years old.
• Conduct lessons remotely via Video Recording 
• Manage and educate groups of children aged 5 years old according to provided teaching material, using exciting methods and instructional materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests
• Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate organize educational, recreational and social activities for students
• Ensure, promote and facilitate that the principles of child protection and child participation are integrated into all project activities and communication with students
• Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations
• Ensure strict adherence to ADRA Lebanon Child Protection Policies at all times, including respect for confidentiality and child centred approach, acting in the best interests of the child
• Show self-motivation, enthusiasm and creativity.
• Build relationships with parents and caregivers
• Maintain  records and prepare reports and recommendations
• Work in close coordination with the Project Manager, Social Worker and Outreach Officers
• Provide monthly reports on the progress and effectiveness of actions made
