Enumerator (Daily worker)

The Enumerator will be responsible for implementing project as per program guidelines and will directly undertake and document the following tasks;

  • Identify Households in the area of intervention (neighbourhoods)
  • Assist in collecting Data during Cash assessment
  • Report data, follow-up cases and organize daily activities as per request from Senior Field Officer
  • Ensure daily quantitative and qualitative reporting through utilizing tools provided
  • Direct contact of beneficiaries through phone communication or household visits;
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Notifies Senior Field Officer in case of any problem or obstacle in the field;
  • Inform relevant ACTED focal points of any security threats or incidents in the field;

 

 

General Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate ethical and professional practice
  • Respect beneficiary confidentiality.
  • Respect and promote ACTED’s Policies and report to line manager in case of breach of these policies amongst the teams or partners
  • Report any incident or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others.
  • Ability to interact with children in the presence or the absence of their parents
  • Experience in outreach or community work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with local authorities an asset
