Academic Supervisor - Shatila

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting coordinators.
2. Supporting coordinators in the yearly monthly weekly plans.
3. Filling MEHE reports and submitting a copy to LCM.
4. Supervising the implementation of class monthly and yearly plans.
5. Ensuring quality control in programs and subjects.
6. Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to LCM.
7. Creating flexible plans adapted to the needs to ensure progress and success.
8. Organizes and leads the distribution of certificates to students with the help of coordinators.
9. Plans and supervises the exam schedule and proper implementation.
10. Follow up on all MEHE requests and documents, targets, reports, and correspondence.
11. Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with coordinators.
12. Receives weekly and monthly reports form coordinators.
13. Provides technical support when needed to coordinators and teachers.
14. Provides technical input to all internal and external reports.
15. Resolves any arising problems between teacher – coordinators and parents
16. Coordinates with administration and protection officers.
17. Fills all requests form and submits them to AO.
18. Includes protection training for staff and ensures the policies are being adhered to.
19. Creates a clear schedule for all classes of the LC with the help of coordinators.
20. Create a replacement plane for classes and playgrounds.
21. Organizes parent’s meetings with teachers and coordinators.
