Job Purpose:
This position will support International Medical Corps' emergency response delivering outpatient clinical care to disaster effected populations by Beirut Blast.
The HR assistant will be supporting in all ongoing tasks giving a maximum support to the HR manager and both HR officers within the ERU in Lebanon.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting in setting up the interviews and follow-up with hiring manager to ensure a smooth process.
- Responsible for providing support to the recruiter in conducting background checks as part of the on-boarding process.
- Preparing all the documents needed during the recruitment phase.
- Assist in the interviewing when needed.
- Ensure proper filing system as per the guidelines and procedures set at the HR department.
- Follow-up on the needed backup for employees’ files and ensure all files are maintained on the HR database.
- Provide the support to ensure all HR documentation are maintained
Competency :
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
