Essential Functions & Areas of Accountabilities

DUTIES:

• Facilitate Homework & Remedial support sessions for students with different nationalities
• Facilitate educational sessions in different languages (English and French) for different age groups.
• Monitor the attendance of the children on a daily basis and inform the Center Supervisor about any absenteeism
• Support the Social Workers in implementing the Psychological Support Sessions (PSS) on a daily basis
• Identify and refer cases of children who are identified to have any protection risks
• Monitor and report any incident that happens inside the classroom
• Deliver instruction based on individual needs
• Attend the staff meetings and any other meetings requested by the Centers Supervisors
• Attend trainings requested by the Center Supervisors
• Encourage creativity and social interaction with children
• Develop lessons plans
• Organize recreational activities for the students
• Assist the Centers Supervisors in collecting midterms and final certificates
• Assist Centers Supervisors in reporting
• Manage classroom and refreshment distribution for children
• Communicate and interact with parents, teachers, and students when needed
