The main responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the Education Assistants
2. Plan and supervise the implementation of education activities in the learning centres
3. Involve and inform communities and community leaders about education activities
4. Work closely with the education and child protection sectors partners and stakeholders in UN agencies, and international and national NGOs
5. Attend and contribute to coordination mechanisms and fora as requested
6. Collaborate in the preparation of reports as required internally by NRC (monthly, quarterly and yearly) and by all relevant donors
7. Monitor, evaluate and suggest changes and improvements in the project and materials based on observations and discussions with the beneficiaries and education team
8. Follow NRC referral system and refer identified cases to the designated focal points
9 Supervise data entry and ensure data cleaning in Education database
10. Report on a regular basis on activities and results to the relevant NRC staff,
11. Ensure coordination at internal level
12. Conduct administrative tasks (eg. volunteers and educators payments and other tasks, when required).
