Main Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff as well as various products or items to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Delivering letters or documents to any destination asked by their direct managers in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
• Updating monthly mileage records.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the vehicle’s comings and goings.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
