Major Responsibilities:
Supervises regular data collection through project implementation partners and
ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
Records, manages and preserves monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and
accessible way
Ensures that all data is entered correctly and in time, providing feedback to
relevant managers
Ensures that different databases are up to date (new entry and updates) and
completes and that all incoherent information is promptly corrected.
Analyses and discusses findings based on regular monitoring data with project
manager and project coordinator
Produces timely-based reports on relevant statistics
Ensures that implementation of field activities adheres to Al Fayhaa Association
monitoring and evaluation system
Supports team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required
Any other tasks required to accomplish the project objectives
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification
University degree in social sciences, education, business administration fields or
any relevant field.
Professional Experience
One to two years’ experience in a relevant field.
Experience in report writing.
Skills
Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic
Good writing skills
Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging
situations
Strong oral and written communications skills
Others
Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different
cultural backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to-detail
Knowledge of contextual diversity of various areas of Akkar, Lebanon
