Psychometric Assessment Expert

The psychometric assessment expert will be responsible of conducting psychometric assessment to 350 Lebanese youth aged 16-29 and women outreached from North Lebanon (T5). 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Draft a concise psychometric assessment tailored to the targeted age group youth (16 - 29) and women taking into consideration that additional open-ended questions might be posed for verifying the consistency of given information.
• Conduct psychometric assessment for 350 outreached youth and women
• Share on a weekly basis, with the line manager, updates on the conducted assessments.
• Refer (where applicable) assessed youth to additional services offered by RMF.
• Submit a final report on the tackled results, recommendations, and referrals where applicable to line manager along with the collected data.
