Medical Clerk

III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Maintain daily statistics related to health assessments, Pre-departure medical screening and pre-embarkation check. 2. Prepare monthly name list of refugees, who underwent medical screening and Pre-departure medical screening for resettlement, and submit to Senior Data Processing Assistance. 3. Share list of medical conditions with doctor focal point of PEC-PDMS before 3-4 weeks of departure date. 4. Assist data processing assistant, nurses and doctors in collecting medical documents and filing system. 5. Registration, medical data entry on mimosa and other system. 6. Assisting in preparation the medical files for the applicants, before departure date. 7. Perform such other duties as may be assigned from senior data processing assistance and from chief medical officer.

High school diploma, preferably in computer sciences or related fields would be an

advantage.

§ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

§ At least two years of working experience related to in-depth use of MS office

applications data collection and manipulation. Clerking experience is an advantage.

§ Attention to detail, accuracy, persistence and ability to organize paperwork in a

methodical way.
