- Provide technical support as needed.
- Participate in the development of qualitative/quantitative tools and methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and protocols.
- Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans per activities.
- Facilitate the implementation of the project as per agreed on workplans.
- Manage projects efficiently and effectively within guidelines of company and department standard operating procedures.
- Contribute in ongoing field assessments and data collection and entry as/when required.
- Ensure that data is accurately collected, entered, and shared on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain records, and report problems or concerns to Head of Unit and CEO.
- Perform different data analyses techniques and develop data analyses plans.
- Interact effectively and collegially with all employees, fostering a supportive and cross departmental working environment.
- Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
