Administrative Assistant

A full time job (9:00 am- 5:00 pm) based at USPEaK's Office in Baalbeck. Accommodation is NOT provided as a part of the offer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making reservation arrangements.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations.
  • Using excel profeiciently to add data of the program.
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
