Arabic Coordinator - Bekaa

  1. Develop an annual curriculum plan for students in coordination with teachers.
  2. Supervise and support the development of daily lesson plans with teachers with monitoring.
  3. Develop standardized placements tests for students with the support of teachers under the supervision of the Academic Supervisor.
  4. Evaluate teachers and provide needed support for professional growth.
  5. Following and abiding by educational objectives and goals as per the proposes.
  6. Ensuring high-quality education in a safe environment for students.
  7. Resolving arising conflicts between teachers and creating a strong cohesive and peaceful team…
  8. Supporting teachers in developing new me and more interactive education modalities particularly for students with learning and behavioral difficulties.
  9. Regular classroom visits.
  10. Reporting on subject’s / program activities to Academic Supervisor on a weekly / monthly basis.
  11.  Creating plans for the distribution of books and for every class in coordination with teachers.
  12.  Receiving and supporting the creation of class worksheets.
  13.  Creating exams for students with direct support from teachers.
  14.  Meetings with teachers on a weekly basis and writing MoMs (sharing with AS)
  15.  Creating tools for teachers during interviews and scoring them (sharing with AS)
  16.  Recruitment of teachers.
  17.  Receiving grades of students from teachers (sharing with AS).
  18.  Creating a plan and following on capacity building of teachers.
  19.  Receiving students’ attendance from teachers compiling / updating and monitoring (sharing with AS).
  20.  Teaches a specific # of hours as per the TOR of teachers.
  21.  Attending a meeting with Learning Center staff and other coordinators with Academic Supervisor.
  22.  Sending monthly PRs for Academic Supervisor for all stationery and other required materials (industry, printing, and crafts for all classes from teachers).
