Grants officer

Responsibilities:

Support program development team/ respective program manager by:

Identifying time/ resource requirement for each opportunity

Working with the program manager(s), advisor(s) and the respective director(s) for conceptual approach, developing theory of change and the result framework

Delivering complete proposals according to each donor requirements

Write annual reports

Ensure visibility to donors and other operating agencies by producing periodic reports, communiqués and newsletter.

Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.

Assist in the implementation of Funded projects and attend donors' meetings.

Qualifications and experience:

Demonstrates competence and experience in fund raising, research, proposal development and report writing.

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Detail oriented and have the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment on multiple priority projects.

Experience and knowledge

Master’s degree or equivalent related to Project Management , political sciences, International affairs, economics, social sciences and related fields.
