M&E Officer

Duties and responsibilities

• Collect and summarize data of all the activities implemented.
• Ensure that all data kept in a respective manner through hard and soft copies.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of all data collection, data entry and data analysis.
• Coordinate with partners to design the relevant M&E strategy for each project.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative tools for monitoring and evaluation based on the agreed strategy including but not restricted to data collection tools, data analysis. These tools shall allow for the tracking of impact on beneficiaries and on the project progress.
• Review and Develop Lebrelief’s  M&E  system.
• Develop and maintain a complete and accurate soft and hard copies for the M&E surveys, questionnaires and reports.
• Ensure that M&E forms are adequate and suitable.
• Ensure that each project includes clear M&E activities.
• Develop a sampling strategy for the program, a common logical framework and indicator guidance notes.
• Develop/write log frame and theory of change
• Ensure that the reporting forms meet the deadlines.
• Train team members and partners on high quality data collection, cleaning and analysis
