(WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement 2 (QITABI 2) Project, formally invites bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Classroom Materials and Stationery.
